The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision-making.You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze large datasets, build predictive models, generate actionable insights, and help drive strategic business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. Build and implement machine learning and statistical models for prediction, classification, clustering, and forecasting. Perform Time Series Analysis using techniques such as ARIMA, SARIMA, and forecasting models. Apply advanced statistical techniques including: Logistic Regression Multivariate Regression Cluster Analysis Factor Analysis Predictive Modeling Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and data visualization to communicate insights effectively. Develop and optimize machine learning models using Python and libraries such as: Scikit-Learn Pandas NumPy XGBoost TensorFlow / PyTorch (preferred) Work on NLP-related use cases including: Text Classification Sentiment Analysis Semantic Similarity Named Entity Recognition (NER) Perform feature engineering, data preprocessing, dimensionality reduction, and model tuning. Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across multiple data sources. Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and business-friendly manner. Work in an Agile environment while maintaining high standards of quality and delivery. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field. 2–6 years of hands-on experience in Data Science and Machine Learning. Strong proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries. Good understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning algorithms. Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets. Experience with data cleaning, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib is preferred. Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is an added advantage. Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred SkillsExperience with NLP and Deep Learning models. Exposure to forecasting and recommendation systems.
