Data ScientistContract - 3-6 monthsOnsite - Abu Dhabi We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to develop scalable machine learning and AI solutions that solve complex business problems, uncover valuable insights, and support data-driven decision-making.What You’ll Be DoingWork with large and complex datasets to solve challenging business problems.Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for analysis and model development.Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Develop, train, and optimise machine learning models using modern algorithms and frameworks.Build end-to-end ML pipelines covering data ingestion, transformation, model training, validation, and deployment.Automate model training, testing, and deployment using CI/CD and MLOps practices.Collaborate with engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams to integrate models into applications.Develop solutions across areas including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.Optimise models for real-time and batch inference and support production deployment.What We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field.Strong expertise in supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or generative AI/LLMs.Strong proficiency in Python and/or R, with good working knowledge of SQL.Experience building data pipelines using technologies such as Spark, Airflow, or Hadoop.Understanding of model serving and API development using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps tools such as MLflow or Kubeflow.Experience deploying machine learning models to cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.Experience with cloud AI/ML services such as Amazon SageMaker or Vertex AI.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into practical solutions.EducationMaster’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.The OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity for a Data Scientist to work on large-scale data and AI initiatives, taking machine learning solutions from data exploration and model development through to production deployment and optimisation.
