قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجPosition: Data ScientistExperience: 3 – 4 YearsLocation: BangaloreAbout The OpportunityWe are looking for a Data Scientist to help us see those patterns earlier: which investors need a nudge, which portfolios are drifting off-plan, and which programs are actually moving the needle. This role sits close to the business and reports directly into Program Management, so the work you do shapes decisions, not just dashboards.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestment and portfolio analytics- build models that surface portfolio drift, risk-return patterns, and fund-level insights that support advisors and investors in making better decisions.Forecasting model- build predictive models that helps forecast revenue, churn, redemption etcCustomer personalization and growth - develop segmentation, recommendation, and engagement models that tailor the investor experience and improve conversion, retention, and SIP continuity.Program and ops analytics- partner with the Director, Program Management to track program-level KPIs, build reporting that surfaces variance early, and quantify the impact of new initiatives.Experimentation- design and run A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses before they scale across the platform.Storytelling- translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.Desired Candidate Profile3-4 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related quantitative role, ideally handling large, real-world datasets.Strong hands-on skills in Python and SQL, with solid fundamentals in statistics and machine learning.Experience building dashboards, performance reports, or measurement frameworks that stakeholders actually use.Clear, confident communicator who can explain technical findings to non-technical audiences and defend a recommendation in the room.Educational QualificationA degree from a Tier - 1 institution (e.g., IITs, IIMs, ISI, BITS Pilani, or equivalent top-tier institutes) in a quantitative discipline - Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Economics.
