You’ll work on different projects across Europe and the UK while growing your career in a culture built on trust, care, and equality.About the project:We are looking for a Data Scientist with a strong background in modern machine learning and practical experience in working with advanced frameworks. This is a reserve position in our growing team, with the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in applied AI.What you will do:Develop, test, and deploy ML models and AI solutions to solve business challenges.Apply modern best practices/approaches/frameworks such as RAG, LangGraph, LangChain, or similar tools to build robust LLM-based workflows.Conduct research and prototyping in the area of applied generative AI and convential data science.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to integrate AI/ML/DS solutions into production.What you bring:3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a related field.Strong knowledge of Python and classic data science tools/libraries (NumPy, Pandas, NLTK, Scikit-learn, etc.)Experience with modern AI/LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, ChainCraft, or similar).Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and practical application of algorithms.Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to explore new approaches.Upper-Intermediate English level.Would be nice if you have:Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).Familiarity with MLOps practices and deploying models in production.Exposure to NLP/LLM projects, prompt engineering, or RAG pipelines.What Sigli gives:Culture you can count on:Our core values ownership, transparency, and service aren’t just paper promises, they are our daily navigators.
