Data Scientist (Machine Learning / MLOps / AutoML)Job overviewWe are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to design, build, and deploy machine learning models that solve real business problems across Vingroup's ecosystem. You will own the full ML lifecycle –from experimentation to production – leveraging strong MLOps and AutoML practices, and AWS SageMaker Unified to build model-serving systems that scale to enterprise-level traffic.Key Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve enterprise-scale business problems across Vingroup's ecosystem.• Build and maintain MLOps pipelines and AutoML workflows to streamline model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.• Design and implement model-serving architectures capable of handling high-throughput, lowlatency production workloads.• Leverage AWS SageMaker Unified (or equivalent cloud ML platforms) to build end-to-end ML pipelines – from data preparation and training to tuning, deployment, and monitoring.• Partner with data engineering, product, and business stakeholders to translate business problems into ML solutions.• Monitor and continuously improve model performance in production, including drift detection and retraining strategies.• Document technical designs, experiment results, and best practices, and contribute to the team's technical standards.Qualifications:• At least 4 years of experience as a Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer.• Solid foundation in algorithms, statistics, and machine learning theory.• Hands-on experience deploying ML models to production, with strong MLOps and AutoML experience.• Proficient in Python and common ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch/TensorFlow).• Practical experience with AWS SageMaker Unified (or an equivalent cloud ML platform), able to design ML systems that serve large-scale traffic.• Experience in finance, Customer 360, root-cause analysis (RCA), or recommendation systems is a strong plus.• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.Why You’ll Love Working Here: • Work from Home on working Saturdays.• Attractive compensation and bonus packages, highly competitive in the market.• Exclusive employee benefits across the Group’s ecosystem in accordance with company policies.• Opportunity to work on large-scale and strategic technology projects.• Professional technology environment with leading scientists, experts, and engineers from top technology companies in Vietnam and around the world.• Exclusive mentoring programs from the Group and Company leadership team.• Full statutory insurance coverage in accordance with Vietnamese Labor Law (Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance), along with private healthcare insurance based on job grade and annual health check-ups at reputable hospitals and healthcare centers nationwide.• Participation in internal activities, team-building programs, and annual company events.
