Role: Senior Data ScientistLocation: Athens (Hybrid)Contract Type: PermanentAre you an experienced Data Scientist looking to build cutting edge generative AI applications and autonomous multi agent systems? We are seeking a Senior GenAI Data Scientist to lead the design, fine tuning, and deployment of production ready AI solutions.You will sit at the centre of generative AI initiatives, working cross functionally with engineering and product teams to translate state of the art models into scalable, enterprise grade tools.What you will do:Lead the architectural design and deployment of end to end generative AI solutions, autonomous agents, and multi agent frameworksSelect and benchmark foundation models and open source LLMs to match precise latency, performance, and cost requirementsBuild advanced retrieval augmented generation pipelines and implement parameter efficient fine tuning strategiesImplement LLMOps practices covering prompt evaluation, guardrails, hallucination tracking, and continuous monitoringCollaborate closely with software and cloud engineering teams to ensure seamless production integrationWhat you will bring:Proven commercial track record developing and deploying production grade generative AI systems or agentic architecturesAdvanced Python proficiency alongside frameworks like PyTorch and orchestration tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGenHands on experience with vector databases and complex retrieval strategiesPractical knowledge of model fine tuning techniques and quantitative LLM evaluation methodologiesDegree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or equivalent practical industry experienceNice to have:Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure along with Docker or KubernetesFamiliarity with LLMOps tools like LangSmith, Arize, or MLflowExposure to model compression, quantization, or inference acceleration frameworks such as vLLM or TensorRT
