Our work combines innovative AI development with AI risk management.About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Data Scientist with strong experience in both classical machine learning and Generative AI.You will build end-to-end AI solutions, from data preparation and model development to deployment and monitoring, alongside LLM and Agentic workflows involving harness engineering, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG.A key part of the role is working with an AI-native / Vibe Coding approach, using tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development while maintaining strong architecture, security, reliability, and control over AI-generated code.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and deploy classical ML models for regression, classification, clustering, and time-series forecasting.Develop LLM and Agentic solutions, including agent harnesses, prompts, fine-tuning, RAG, embeddings, and reranking.Design and refine harnesses that guide, constrain, and evaluate AI agents and LLM-based workflows.Translate business needs into robust ML, LLM, and Agentic solutions.Use AI coding assistants to rapidly prototype, build, and validate production-ready solutions.Deploy and monitor models and APIs in cloud environments, working with engineering and DevOps teams on CI/CD and MLOps.Conduct statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and model validation.RequirementsMSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field (Must).3-4 years of Data Science / ML experience, including production deployment of classical ML and LLM solutions (Must).Strong Python and SQL skills, with experience using frameworks such as scikit-learn and PyTorch.Hands-on experience with LLM / Agentic workflows and harness engineering.Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted development / Vibe Coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.Experience with APIs, MLOps, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.Experience leading Data Science projects or small teams (an advantage).How to ApplyTo apply, please submit your resume outlining your relevant experience, qualifications, and your approach to AI-assisted workflows.We thank all applicants for their interest; however, we will contact only those selected for an interview.
