This role provides an opportunity to work on challenging client projects across multiple industries and apply advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling to real-world business problems.Job SummaryAaratech Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Scientist with 3–4 years of professional experience to design, develop, evaluate, and implement data science and machine-learning solutions.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, SQL, machine learning, statistical analysis, and data visualization, along with the ability to independently drive analytical projects and communicate results to technical and business stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and business risks.Translate business problems and requirements into data science and machine-learning solutions.Develop, train, validate, and optimize machine-learning models.Perform advanced exploratory and statistical analysis.Design effective feature-engineering and data-preparation processes.Use Python and SQL to extract, transform, analyze, and manipulate large datasets.Evaluate model performance and implement improvements where required.Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate analytical findings.Work with data engineers and software engineers to integrate analytical solutions into production environments.Support end-to-end data science projects from problem definition through model development and delivery.Present technical findings, model results, and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices in data science.Document models, methodologies, experiments, assumptions, and analytical results.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.3–4 years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or a related field.Strong hands-on Python programming skills.Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, subqueries, query optimization, and data aggregation.Strong understanding of machine-learning algorithms and statistical modeling.Hands-on experience with pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, and related data-science frameworks.Experience with feature engineering, model validation, hyperparameter tuning, and model performance evaluation.Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization technologies.Experience working with large datasets and modern cloud/data platforms.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Tools & TechnologiesProgramming & Querying: Python, SQL, Jupyter NotebookData Science & ML: pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, Regression, Classification, Clustering, Ensemble Methods, Feature Engineering, Model Optimization, Model EvaluationVisualization: Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, SeabornDatabases & Data Platforms: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, Snowflake, Databricks, Spark / PySparkCloud: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud PlatformMLOps & Development: Git, GitHub, MLflow, Docker, APIs, Model DeploymentPreferred SkillsExperience developing end-to-end machine-learning solutions.Experience deploying machine-learning models into production environments.Knowledge of MLOps and model lifecycle management.Experience with NLP, time-series forecasting, recommendation systems, or deep learning.Experience with Spark/PySpark for large-scale data processing.Familiarity with cloud-based machine-learning services.Knowledge of A/B testing and advanced statistical methods.Experience building automated data science and machine-learning pipelines.Ability to mentor junior data scientists and collaborate across technical teams.Cloud, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Analytics certifications are a plus.About Aaratech Inc.Aaratech Inc. is a technology-driven organization delivering innovative solutions across cybersecurity, data & analytics, healthcare, and enterprise domains.
