Data ScientistResponsibilities Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover actionable business insights and opportunities.Develop and implement statistical, Machine Learning, and AI models from Proof of Concept (POC) to production using Python, R, or equivalent technologies.Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), hypothesis testing, feature engineering, and statistical analysis to identify meaningful patterns and features.Monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance and business outcomes.Define and establish relevant model performance and business tracking metrics.Execute analytics-driven campaigns and measure their ROI and overall effectiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and develop data-driven business use cases.Present analytical findings, insights, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders and management.Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and ensure proper version control.Work closely with MLOps/DevOps teams to automate, deploy, and maintain models in production environments.Provide L3 support for deployed models and analytical solutions.Research emerging technologies, Machine Learning techniques, and industry best practices to continuously enhance capabilities.Expected Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related field.1+ year of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning or a related field.Strong understanding of Machine Learning techniques and algorithms.Hands-on experience with Python, R, or equivalent data science toolkits.Strong data visualization, analytical, and communication skills.Experience working with data engineering environments such as Data Warehouses, Big Data platforms, and Cloud Storage.Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear business insights.A continuous learner who actively keeps up with emerging technologies and industry best practices.Share your updated CV to careers@talentexpress.lkFollow our LinkedIn page for upcoming vacancies WhatsApp – 0779 391 791
