The ideal candidate combines strong statistical and programming skills with commercial awareness and the ability to communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, transform, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.Develop statistical models and machine learning solutions for business problems.Identify trends, relationships, patterns, and opportunities within complex datasets.Build predictive models, forecasting solutions, and analytical frameworks.Design experiments and evaluate model performance using appropriate methodologies.Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and analytical reports to communicate findings.Translate business requirements into data science problems and measurable objectives.Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, developers, product teams, and business stakeholders.Validate data quality, model assumptions, and analytical results.Monitor model performance and recommend improvements or retraining where appropriate.Conduct exploratory data analysis and present meaningful insights to stakeholders.Support automation of analytical workflows and repeatable data processes.Document methodologies, models, assumptions, data sources, and results.Research emerging data science techniques, tools, and technologies.Contribute to data strategy, analytics standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements3+ years of professional experience in data science, advanced analytics, machine learning, or a related field preferred.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline preferred.Strong Python or comparable programming skills for data analysis and modeling.Strong understanding of statistics, machine learning, predictive modeling, and data analysis.Experience with SQL and relational databases.Familiarity with libraries and frameworks such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, or equivalent tools.Experience with data visualization and BI platforms is preferred.Understanding of model evaluation, feature engineering, and data-preparation techniques.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear business recommendations.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.Professional certifications are not required unless specifically requested.What We OfferFlexible part-time work in a fully remote environment.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and responsibilities.Opportunity to work on meaningful data science and machine learning initiatives.Exposure to modern analytical technologies, cloud platforms, and data tools.Professional growth through challenging technical and business-focused projects.Collaboration with multidisciplinary international teams.A data-driven environment focused on innovation, measurable impact, and continuous improvement.
