The focus is on deploying models into production and embedding data-driven thinking across the business.THE ROLEAs a Data Scientist, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, analysts, engineers, and fellow Data Scientists to deliver machine learning solutions across a range of customer and commercial use cases.Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:Building and deploying predictive machine learning modelsDeveloping customer segmentation and customer lifetime value modelsCreating forecasting solutions to support business planningDelivering propensity and churn models to improve customer engagementTranslating complex analytical findings into clear business recommendationsCollaborating with engineering teams to support model deployment and operationalisationSupporting the development of a modern Data Science platformWorking with cloud-based machine learning tools and technologiesEngaging directly with stakeholders to understand challenges and define analytical solutionsSKILLS AND EXPERIENCEThe successful Data Scientist will have the following skills and experience:Strong commercial experience in Data Science and machine learningAdvanced Python and SQL skillsExperience using statistical modelling and predictive analytics techniquesKnowledge of machine learning algorithms such as XGBoost and related ensemble methodsExperience delivering projects across the full Data Science lifecycle, from problem definition through to deploymentAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiencesExperience working with customer analytics, segmentation, churn, propensity modelling, forecasting, or related use casesExposure to cloud environments such as Azure or GCP is beneficialExperience with Azure ML, Vertex AI, or similar machine learning platforms is advantageousBENEFITSThe successful Data Scientist will receive the following benefits:Salary between £45,000 - £55,000 - depending on experienceHOW TO APPLYPlease register your interest by sending your resume to Majid Latif via the Apply link on this page.
