In this role, the Data Scientist will collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data to generate insights that inform business and technical decisions. The day-to-day work includes developing and validating predictive models, designing experiments, and applying statistical and machine learning techniques to solve client problems. The Data Scientist will collaborate with data engineers, AI specialists, and business stakeholders to define use cases, build data pipelines, and deliver dashboards or reports that are easy to interpret. The role also involves documenting methodologies, presenting findings to non-technical audiences, and continuously improving models and analytical workflows based on feedback and new data.Qualifications Strong foundation in Data Science and Statistics, with the ability to apply statistical methods and machine learning techniques to real-world problems.Proficiency in Data Analytics and Data Analysis, including experience working with large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.Ability to create clear and impactful Data Visualization using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms, and translate results into understandable narratives.Hands-on experience with programming languages commonly used in data science (e.g., Python, R) and data querying tools (e.g., SQL).Familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and version control tools (e.g., Git).Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience working in client-facing or consulting environments and exposure to AI and data engineering projects is an advantage.
