We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Data Scientist – Commercial Analytics & Insights to join our team and play a key role in driving revenue growth, pricing optimization, customer insights, and profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and own a comprehensive Commercial Analytics Engine that integrates pricing, customer, operational, and financial data.Develop pricing and revenue optimization models to support commercial strategies and business growth.Analyze customer behavior, retention, utilization, and lifetime value to identify opportunities for improvement.Build predictive models, simulations, and scenario analyses to support executive decision-making.Create interactive dashboards and present actionable insights to senior leadership.Automate reporting and analytics processes to enhance efficiency and business visibility.What We're Looking For?Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.4-7 years of experience in Data Science, Commercial Analytics, Business Intelligence, Revenue Management, or related analytical roles.Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Experience linking commercial and operational KPIs to financial performance and profitability.Exposure to cloud based data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure Synapse, BigQuery, or Redshift. Strong expertise in:Python or RSQLPower BI or TableauStatistical and predictive modelingRevenue and pricing analytics
