Data Scientist Experience with MOHESR, OBEF

Data ScientistKey Responsibilities:Develop, validate, and deploy predictive and machine learning models to solve business and academic challenges.Analyze large and complex datasets using Python, SQL, and statistical techniques to identify trends and opportunities.Design interactive dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives and improve organizational performance.Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance while maintaining best practices in data science.Requirements:Master's or PhD in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, or a related field.Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science.Strong expertise in Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, Python, SQL, Statistical Modeling, and Data Visualization.Proven experience developing predictive models, analytical solutions, and dashboards.Higher Education industry experience is highly preferred, particularly in areas such as MOHESR, OBEF, Institutional Research, Learning Analytics, Student Retention, Enrollment Forecasting, Academic Performance Analytics, and working with Student Information Systems (SIS).Open to all nationalities.
