Building on our GenAI Acceleration plan, we are moving beyond traditional automation towards intelligent, GenAI- and agentic-based systems that fundamentally change how work gets done and how decisions are made. Our broader ambition is to contribute to the fight against financial economic crime (FEC) by investing in technology, automation, and AI.About the teamYou join the Data Science Innovation Team within DFC, the only team in the DFC organization made up entirely of data scientists. Because GenAI and agentic ways of working are still new, much of how the team collaborates and divides work is still being shaped, this is a team actively inventing its own playbook. There are already strong seniors on board, so this can become a strong collaboration, but we are looking for people who bring expertise rather than need to be brought up to speed. What you will deliverYou design and bring GenAI and agentic applications into production, transforming unstructured data into real business value within DFC.Who we are looking forWe are hiring 2 data scientists with a GenAI focus. At the same time, you can work independently, with the resilience and stress resistance to keep moving forward in an exploratory, innovative, and regulated environment.Language and locationEnglish is sufficient; Dutch is not required, the team is international.
