Location: Hanoi, VietnamWorking Mode: Hybrid or Full-time in OfficeEnglish: Fluent communicationOpenings: 2 positionsAbout the RoleWe are looking for Data Scientists specialized in Machine Learning and Generative AI to join an international Health Technology & Analytics environment.You will work with large-scale financial, clinical, operational, and behavioral data to develop data-driven solutions that support better healthcare outcomes, business decisions, and operational efficiency across Asia.We are currently hiring for two Data Scientist tracks:1.

Data Scientist – Machine LearningFocus on developing and deploying end-to-end Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics solutions for real-world business problems.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop end-to-end ML models using traditional Machine Learning, Time Series, and Deep Learning techniques.Analyze complex datasets and translate business problems into practical AI/DS solutions.Build and optimize production-grade models.Evaluate model performance and translate results into actionable business insights.Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle.Explore the use of Agentic AI to enhance data science workflows, such as EDA Agents, Insights Agents, and Model Monitoring Agents.Requirements5+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning.Strong experience in Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Time Series, and/or Deep Learning.Excellent Python and PySpark skills.Experience developing production-grade ML models.Strong business understanding and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business and technical stakeholders.Experience with vibe coding / AI-assisted development is a plus.Healthcare experience is highly desirable.2.
