Data Scientist (Package in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)

Eurisko is looking for a talented Data Scientist to join our growing AI & Data Analytics team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, hands-on experience in machine learning and statistical modeling, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.Experience in Banking & FinTech is a strong plus.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy machine learning and predictive analytics models.Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities.Develop data-driven solutions for customer segmentation, forecasting, recommendations, and risk analysis.Collaborate with data engineers, AI engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end data science solutions.Build, evaluate, and optimize models for accuracy, scalability, and performance.Communicate analytical findings through clear visualizations and business recommendations.Contribute to AI-driven initiatives and intelligent decision-making solutions.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and other machine learning frameworks.Solid understanding of statistics, predictive modeling, classification, regression, and clustering.Experience in feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.Understanding of data pipelines, data quality, and large-scale data processing.Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Nice to HaveExperience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech.Knowledge of financial use cases such as fraud detection, credit scoring, customer churn, next-best-action, and customer intelligence.Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
