Through its integrated approach, the company ensures reliable, secure, and well-coordinated support for complex construction environments.Role Description The Data Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This position is responsible for collecting, organizing, and maintaining project-related data, including scaffolding inventories, installation schedules, safety records, and lease agreements. The role involves performing data analysis to identify trends, optimize resource allocation, and support decision-making across operations and project management. The Data Specialist will create and update reports and dashboards, validate data accuracy, and collaborate with engineering, safety, and administrative teams to ensure consistent data workflows. This role also supports continuous improvement initiatives by providing data-driven insights to enhance productivity and safety performance.Qualifications Strong data analysis capabilities, including Data Analysis and Data Analytics skills.Proficiency in organizing and maintaining information through Data Management practices.Ability to structure and interpret complex information using Data Modeling techniques.Advanced Analytical Skills to identify patterns, solve problems, and support operational decisions.Experience with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI platforms).Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to work with large datasets.Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.Experience in construction, industrial services, or operations environments is an advantage.Ability to work full-time on-site in Eastern, Saudi Arabia and adhere to safety and compliance standards.
