Data Specialist / Data Analytics Specialist

Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Data Specialist / Data Analytics Specialist to manage, analyze, and interpret data to support business operations and decision-making. This role involves data preparation, reporting, visualization, quality management, and analytical research.You will collect data from different sources, clean and validate datasets, maintain data accuracy, and prepare reports and dashboards. You will analyze trends, patterns, and performance indicators to identify useful insights and support business teams.The role will also involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand analytical requirements and translate business questions into meaningful data outputs. You will contribute to data quality improvements, reporting automation, documentation, and continuous enhancement of analytical processes.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.Strong understanding of data analysis, data management, and reporting principles.Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or similar data analysis tools.Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or other visualization platforms.Understanding of data cleaning, validation, transformation, and quality management.Ability to analyze datasets and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.Knowledge of databases and basic data modeling concepts.Familiarity with Python, R, or similar analytical programming languages is advantageous.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to present complex information in a clear and understandable manner.Strong attention to data accuracy and detail.Good communication and collaboration skills.Proactive mindset with an interest in data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
