Intellipaat also partners with corporate clients to upskill their workforce and align them with evolving technology and digital trends, creating a dynamic environment for educators and trainers.Role Description The Data Structures and Algorithms Faculty will design and deliver classroom-based instruction focused on core computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and related problem-solving techniques. Day-to-day responsibilities include Preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, conducting lectures and interactive sessions, guiding learners through coding exercises, and mentoring them on best practices for technical interviews. The faculty member will also create and evaluate assignments, quizzes, and projects, provide timely feedback, and track learner performance. Updating curriculum content to reflect current industry standards and collaborating with the academic team to enhance teaching methodologies. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Siddipet, Telangana.QualificationsStrong knowledge of core Data Structures (arrays, linked lists, stacks, queues, trees, graphs, hash tables) and Algorithms (sorting, searching, dynamic programming, greedy algorithms, recursion).Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used for DSA instruction (such as Java, C++, Python), including writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.Experience in teaching, mentoring, or conducting technical training sessions, ideally in academic institutions, coding bootcamps, or corporate training environments.Ability to design structured curricula, create assignments and assessments, and explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner to diverse learner groups.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with familiarity in competitive programming, coding interview platforms, or technical interview preparation considered an advantage.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage learners, encourage questions, and foster an inclusive classroom environment.Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field; relevant certifications or notable achievements in programming or algorithms are a plus.Comfort with using digital tools and learning management systems for sharing materials, tracking performance, and enhancing classroom delivery.Interested candidates kindly share your resume to pinky.sharma@intellipaat.com
