Data Visualization Lead Fully Remote, ideally based in NYCFTE: $150-225K + Bonus, EquityFinancial Services ExperienceUS CITIZENS ONLY - NO C2CRole Purpose: Lead the direction and delivery of the client's analytics and reporting, including a move from traditional BI toward AI-native experiences.Ideal profile5–10 years’ experience in data visualization, reporting, or analytics.Strong with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Sisense; Looker is used internally.Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT.Baseline SQL, Python, dbt and/or Airflow knowledge—enough to scope work and support technical conversations, rather than as a primary coding role.Excellent stakeholder management: able to work with everyone from junior staff to senior executives/CFO-level stakeholders.Finance, fintech, trading, or other regulated-environment experience is a strong advantage.Standout candidates will have helped move a company from traditional dashboards to an AI-native BI/reporting setup.ResponsibilitiesSet and execute the analytics/reporting roadmap with the hiring manager and leadership.Gather requirements directly from business stakeholders.Design and implement reporting solutions, including migrations or new reporting-stack initiatives.Balance business needs, technical trade-offs, effort, and delivery timelines.LogisticsIndividual contributor; no direct reports.Preferred: New York-based, hybrid/in-office 1–2 days per week, but can do remote also.Also open to remote candidates in the US or UK.$150k–$225k base, plus bonus and equity.September Start
