Datacenter Technician

Pay: $20-$23Required Skills & Experience- 1-2+ years of experience as a Data Center Technician/Network or Server Admin or analyst/Deskside Support etc- CompTIA certification or CCNA- Strong server troubleshooting experience- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and data center power systems.- Proficiency in using computers for various tasks, including asset management and troubleshooting.- Positive attitude, growth mindset, and wiliness to learn daily- Proactive, reliable, and a strong communicatorJob DescriptionJob Responsibilities:70% physical - pulling out services blades (15-20 lbs), cabling tasks etc, 30% learning, admin, training etc• Monitor the system for equipment failure or errors in performance• Respond to program error messages by finding and correcting problems or terminating the program• Help programmers and systems analysts test and debug new programs• Operate spreadsheet programs and other types of software to load and manipulate data and to produce reportsWe may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.Vacancy: This posting is for a currently vacant role, and the successful candidate will be hired into an existing open position.
