Team members join a growing regional network committed to clinical excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.Role Description The DCAS Emergency Medical Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, providing pre-hospital emergency care in alignment with Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (DCAS) standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to emergency calls, assessing patients, delivering appropriate life support interventions, and safely transporting patients to medical facilities. The EMT will operate and maintain emergency equipment, document clinical care accurately, and follow established protocols and guidelines. The role also involves close collaboration with paramedics, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, participating in ongoing training and drills, and supporting quality and safety initiatives.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills and experience in Emergency Services and Emergency Medical Services (EMS).Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Medicine relevant to pre-hospital and acute care settings.Valid DCAS license or eligibility to obtain one in Dubai, with compliance to local regulatory requirements.Relevant emergency medical technician or paramedic certification, with current BLS/ACLS or equivalent life support credentials.Ability to work under pressure, make sound clinical decisions quickly, and communicate effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams.Physical fitness sufficient for lifting, patient transport, and extended periods of fieldwork; commitment to safety and infection control standards.Previous experience in ambulance services, emergency departments, or urgent care settings in the UAE or internationally is an advantage.
