Job Title: Deal Cloud DeveloperExperience: 5–10 YearsLocation : Bangalore/Pune/GurgaonNotice Period: Immediate to 15 DaysWe are looking for an experienced DealCloud Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing, configuring, and enhancing the DealCloud CRM platform for financial services clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in DealCloud customization, workflow automation, integrations, reporting, and platform optimization.In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, develop scalable CRM solutions, automate business processes, and ensure platform stability. You will also have the opportunity to work with the latest DealCloud features and AI-driven capabilities while contributing to enterprise-grade CRM implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, customize, and maintain the DealCloud CRM platform based on business requirements.Design and implement entities, fields, forms, workflows, dashboards, reports, and business process automation.Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable technical solutions.Develop and maintain integrations between DealCloud and third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.Create and optimize reports, analytics dashboards, and deal pipeline management solutions.Develop custom functionality using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and other web technologies.Participate throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.Perform unit testing, system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure platform stability and optimal performance.Provide production support and resolve DealCloud-related technical issues.Document technical solutions, system configurations, workflows, and user guides.Collaborate with global teams and business users across multiple regions.Stay updated with the latest DealCloud platform enhancements, AI capabilities, and industry best practices.Continuously identify opportunities to improve platform efficiency, usability, and automation.Required SkillsDealCloud ExpertiseStrong hands-on experience with DealCloud CRM development and customization.Experience configuring:EntitiesFieldsFormsWorkflowsDashboardsReportsBusiness RulesExperience managing deal pipelines and CRM data models.Strong understanding of DealCloud reporting and analytics.Technical SkillsJavaScriptHTML5CSS3SQLREST APIsSOAP APIsAPI IntegrationsPower Platform (preferred)Web TechnologiesWorkflow AutomationFunctional SkillsBusiness requirement gatheringSolution designStakeholder managementCRM implementationSDLC participationSystem testingDebuggingDocumentationProduction supportRequired Experience5–10 years of overall IT experience.Strong experience in DealCloud CRM configuration and customization.Experience integrating DealCloud with enterprise applications.Experience creating reports and dashboards for business users.Hands-on experience with API integrations.Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.
