We connect buyers and sellers while offering professional business advisory services across industries.Responsibilities • Post-NDA buyer management — Take ownership of every buyer immediately after NDA signature: CIM walkthrough calls within 48 hours, structured follow-up cadence, and live objection handling.• Buyer qualification — Assess each buyer's seriousness early — proof of funds, acquisition rationale, decision-making authority, and timeline — and triage effort toward genuine buyers.• Meetings & site visits — Arrange and attend buyer–seller meetings, site visits, and management presentations; prepare both sides and drive momentum after each interaction.• Q&A management — Coordinate timely responses to buyer information requests, working with analysts and senior advisors so momentum is never lost in the back-and-forth.• Process discipline — Introduce structure and gentle competitive tension into each sale process — process timelines, offer deadlines, and clear next steps — to push qualified buyers toward indicative offers and LOIs.• Offer & LOI support — Support negotiation of headline terms and hand over cleanly to the senior advisory team for LOI negotiation, due diligence, and closing.• CRM & reporting — Maintain accurate buyer-stage data in HubSpot CRM (qualification scorecards, activity logs, next actions) and report weekly on NDA-to-LOI conversion by mandate.• Buyer relationship coverage — Build and maintain a living map of active GCC buyers — family offices, HNWIs, holding groups, and strategic acquirers — including sector appetite, ticket size, and geography, for reverse-matching against new mandates.Qualifications• 5–8 years in UAE/GCC business brokerage, mid-market M&A advisory, corporate finance, or transaction-heavy business development.• Demonstrable track record of personally carrying deals from buyer interest through to signed LOI or SPA — not solely origination or marketing.• Strong buyer qualification instincts: able to distinguish serious acquirers from tyre-kickers within one or two conversations.• Confident, credible communicator by phone and in person; comfortable walking buyers through a CIM, handling valuation and deal-structure objections, and asking for offers with deadlines.• Working knowledge of SME/mid-market deal mechanics: NDAs, CIMs, indicative offers, LOIs, basic deal structures (asset vs. share sale, earn-outs, seller financing).• Hands-on CRM discipline (HubSpot or similar) — logs activity, keeps stages current, works from pipeline data.• Based in, or willing to relocate to, Dubai; UAE driving license preferred for site visits.• Arabic fluency (much of our mandate portfolio spans Levantine, Gulf, and wider MENA founders and buyers).• Existing relationships with active GCC mid-market buyers — family offices, HNWIs, holding groups, and strategic acquirers in the AED 5–100M ticket range.• Experience in owner-managed / SME sell-side processes, including F&B, healthcare, industrial, and services sectors.• Familiarity with UAE transaction practicalities: trade licenses, visas, lease assignments, and license transfers.Submit your resume to Wzaiter@tworld.com with the subject line " Deal Execution Lead "
