By strategically connecting key elements in education systems, the company helps clients operate at their best and achieve long-term academic excellence.Role Description The Dean of Nursing College will provide academic and operational leadership for the nursing programs, ensuring high-quality education, regulatory compliance, and alignment with institutional goals. Responsibilities include overseeing curriculum design and review, guiding program development, and ensuring adherence to accreditation standards and nursing education best practices. The dean will lead faculty recruitment, mentoring, performance development, and engagement, while fostering a collaborative and student-centered learning environment. The role also involves managing budgets, participating in strategic planning, building external partnerships with healthcare providers and regulatory bodies, and representing the college in professional and community forums. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Nursing Education and academic leadership in a college or university setting.Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Program Development for undergraduate and postgraduate nursing programs.Experience with Accreditation processes, standards, and compliance for nursing and health sciences programs.Strong background in Faculty Development, including mentoring, performance management, and capacity building.Advanced degree in Nursing (Master’s required; Doctorate preferred) or a closely related field.Valid professional nursing credentials and eligibility to practice or register in relevant jurisdictions, as applicable.Proven ability in strategic planning, academic governance, and data-informed decision-making.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment.Experience collaborating with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations for clinical placements and community engagement.Strong organizational skills, integrity, and commitment to student success and evidence-based nursing practice.
