【About Anton】Anton is a world-leading provider of oil and gas asset value enhancement solutions, dedicated to delivering services that maximize the value of clients’ hydrocarbon resources.We build our strengths across five core dimensions: integrated solutions tailored to key industry pain points, a global market platform delivering on-site client support, efficient, cost-effective and high-standard project delivery capabilities, decentralized agile management, and an open ecosystem-based organizational framework.Commencing our journey with green oil and gas extraction operations, we uphold a long-term energy-centric vision to evolve into a globally preeminent energy services enterprisePosition：Dean of Oilfield Technology Research InstituteLocation: Abu DhabiDepartment: Oilfield Technology Research InstituteJob Responsibilities:· Strategic Planning & Decision Support Formulate medium and long-term development strategies and phased objectives for the Research Institute in alignment with the Group’s overall strategy, identify key target markets and core projects, and deeply participate in major operational and technical decisions of the Institute and the Group.· Market Development & Client Management Take the lead in developing market and client resources, establish and maintain daily communication and long-term cooperative relationships with key clients, and continuously improve customer satisfaction and business stickiness.· Marketing Overall Coordination & Resource Allocation Take full charge of the independent marketing work of the Research Institute, flexibly adjust and optimize the allocation of internal and external technical, human and market resources to ensure the efficient delivery of all marketing plans and business targets.· Technology Leadership & Capacity Building Organize professional teams to continuously track the latest global technical trends in oil and gas field development, especially cutting-edge fields of reservoir geology and integrated geology-engineering, and drive the construction of the Institute’s core technology system and the improvement of comprehensive service capabilities.· Team Building & Talent Development Lead team building of the Research Institute, formulate global talent introduction strategies, talent structure optimization plans and improvement roadmaps for human resource management capacity, and supervise the implementation of all talent development programs.Requirements:· Education & Professional Background Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Petroleum Engineering, Reservoir Geology, Geological Engineering or related disciplines; solid professional foundation in reservoir, geology or integrated geology-engineering; over 10 years of working experience in the petroleum industry. Candidates with work experience at well-known oilfield service companies or overseas oil & gas projects are preferred.· Industry Insight & Global Vision Well-versed in the development trends and cutting-edge advances of global oil and gas field development technologies, equipped with broad international vision, and able to keenly capture opportunities and technological transformation trends in the global energy market.· Leadership & Decision-Making Competence Possess outstanding leadership and team management capabilities, capable of efficiently coordinating internal and external resources and motivating team members; able to make prompt decisions and effectively resolve emergencies under complex overseas environments and high-pressure scenarios.· Language Proficiency & Cross-Cultural Management Fluent in Chinese, English and Arabic with excellent oral and written communication skills; accept global job rotation arrangements, adapt to overseas working environments and cultural differences, and demonstrate strong capabilities in cross-cultural communication, negotiation and team management.
