Debt Captial Markets - Manager

I’m working with a boutique advisory firm that is looking to hire a Manager into its growing Debt Capital Markets team in Dublin.The role will focus on debt raising, structured finance and securitisation, with particular exposure to Financial Services clients including banks, specialist lenders, fintechs, leasing and other non-bank financial institutions.This is a hands-on role with strong exposure to clients, lenders and investors, working across transactions from initial funding strategy through to execution and financial close.The RoleExecute and manage debt advisory and capital raising transactions.Structure financing solutions across corporate debt, structured finance and securitisation.Analyse funding structures, collateral pools and portfolio performance.Build financial models and transaction analysis.Prepare client, lender and investor materials.Manage due diligence and day-to-day transaction workstreams.Support origination and business development.Mentor and develop junior team members.Key Requirements2–4 years’ experience across Debt Advisory, Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance, Private Credit or Corporate Finance. Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.Understanding of debt products and capital structures.Financial Services transaction experience is highly advantageous.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Commercially minded with a genuine interest in debt and capital markets.Due to the volume of applications, only candidates whose experience closely matches the requirements of the role will be contacted.
