We are expanding our team and invite dynamic individuals to join us.Key ResponsibilitiesManage an assigned portfolio of overdue commercial debts from first contact to resolutionContact debtors by phone, email and letter to negotiate settlements and payment plansPrepare letters, case notes and recovery status reports for clientsMonitor agreed payment plans and follow up on missed paymentsCoordinate with the legal team and international partners on cases requiring escalationMaintain accurate, up-to-date records in the case management systemHandle every interaction professionally while protecting client relationshipsRequirementsDiploma or degree in Business, Finance, Law or a related field1–2 years' experience in debt recovery, collections, banking or credit control (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)Excellent spoken and written English; Sinhala and/or Tamil is an advantageStrong negotiation and persuasion skills with a calm, professional mannerGood computer literacy (MS Office, email)Target-driven, organised and able to work independentlyWhat We OfferAttractive salary + performance incentivesExposure to international commercial recovery casesTraining and career growth within an expanding firmProfessional, supportive work environment
