Location - Waukegan ILPay - $17+Hours:1st shift 5:00AM - 3:30PM M-Thurs2nd shift 3:30PM - 2:00AM M-ThursWeekend 5:00AM - 5:30 PM Friday, Saturday, Sunday Ludlow Manufacturing is seeking a Deburr Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Deburr Operator is responsible for removing sharp edges, burrs, excess material, and imperfections from manufactured metal parts while maintaining quality and production standards.What You'll DoDeburr and finish metal parts using hand tools, power tools, grinders, sanders, and other equipmentInspect parts for burrs, sharp edges, scratches, and other defectsFollow work instructions, drawings, specifications, and quality requirementsMaintain consistent part quality and production ratesUse measuring and inspection tools as requiredProperly identify and separate nonconforming partsKeep the work area clean, organized, and safeFollow all company safety policies and PPE requirementsAssist with other production and material-handling duties as neededQualificationsManufacturing or metal fabrication experience preferredPrevious deburring, grinding, finishing, or machine-shop experience is a plusAbility to use hand and power tools safelyAbility to read basic work instructions and identify part numbersStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityGood hand-eye coordinationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable attendance and punctualityPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to frequently bend, reach, stoop, and handle materialsAbility to repeatedly use hand and power toolsAbility to lift and move materials as requiredAbility to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, metal dust, and machineryLudlow uses E-Verify to verify eligibility to work in the United States.Benefits after 90 days.
