Delivery & Material Officer

This role is focused on material delivery tracking, documentation, and follow-up, rather than logistics operations.Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and maintain delivery-related documents and records• Follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules• Track materials against POs/LPOs• Monitor delivered, pending, short, and missing items• Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, warehouse, and project teams• Maintain updated delivery tracking reports• Follow up until all outstanding materials are delivered• Verify delivered quantities against orders and delivery documentsRequirements:• Experience in material coordination, delivery follow-up, procurement support, or document control• Good Excel and reporting skills• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities• Detail-oriented and organized• Trading experience is preferred
