This commitment to shared progress drives our journey from Hong Kong, China, across the Middle East and into Brazil, with the world ahead.What You'll DoBuild and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to support logistics operations — providing real-time visibility across delivery performance, courier efficiency, and supply-demand balance.Lead deep-dive analytics on key delivery metrics including ATA (Arrival Time Accuracy), order fulfilment rates, and last-mile efficiency — translating insights into actionable recommendations for operations teams.Develop quantitative models for capacity planning, workforce scheduling, and demand forecasting to support sustainable growth in the UAE market.Own data storytelling for weekly and monthly business reviews — ensuring KPI visibility and driving alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.Partner with Product, Operations, and Finance teams to define metrics frameworks, evaluate new initiatives, and embed a data-driven decision-making culture.Lead and develop a team of 4–5 data analysts — setting direction, building capability, and fostering a high-performance analytics cultureWhat We Need From You5+ years of experience in data analytics, with 2+ years of team management experience.Proficiency in SQL and at least one of Python or R — with hands-on experience building pipelines, dashboards, and analytical models.Strong background in internet, technology, or on-demand platform companies — experience in food delivery, logistics, or last-mile operations is a strong plus.Proven ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) — this role operates across a bilingual team environment.Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.What Makes This Role ExcitingThis is a senior leadership role at the intersection of data science and last-mile delivery operations — with direct impact on how Keeta serves millions of users across the UAE.
