Delivery and Installation Specialist

We are looking for an Installation Quality Specialist to join a global leader in the fitness and wellness industry, based in Dubai. This is a key role within the Order Fulfillment & Logistics team, responsible for ensuring world-class delivery and installation standards across the region.What you'll do:Coordinate large-scale projects across multiple departments (Sales, Logistics, Marketing, After Sales, 3PL, Finance) from tender to handover.Manage customer inquiries and ensure an exceptional customer experience.Oversee installation quality, auditing 3PL partners and verifying compliance with protocols, HSE requirements, and certification standards.Own the snagging process – analysing work orders, identifying root causes, and driving problem-solving initiatives.Monitor market feedback (NPS, FFM) and propose process improvements.Prepare and share regular KPI reports with senior leadership.What we're looking for:Valid UAE driver's licenseFluent in ArabicCharismatic, confident, and able to represent the company with professionalism and leadershipExperience as a Project Coordinator or Specialist or similar in a design, fit-out, or interior companyAbility to read and understand design layouts (floor plans, equipment placement, etc.)Strong on-site operations management skillsTechnical knowledge is an advantage (product/after-sales background preferred)Active lifestyle – gym or sports at least twice a weekNon-smoker (preferred due to client-facing and on-site nature of the role)Your technical skills:Analytical mindset with strong Excel proficiencyFamiliarity with ERP/CRM toolsLean/PDCA methodology knowledgeProject management and problem-solving capabilitiesKPIs you'll own:Snagging orders percentage and D&I failure ratesNPS improvementCost reduction for snagging interventionsOverdue reduction and lead time managementThis role is ideal for someone who thrives on quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence – and who lives the "Healthness" culture through an active lifestyle.Location: Dubai, UAE
