Delivery ConsultantManchester City CentreUp to £30,000, depending on experienceNTER Talent is growing, and we’re looking for a Delivery Consultant to join our Manchester team.This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves the candidate side of recruitment: finding brilliant people, building genuine relationships and helping consultants deliver properly for their clientsYou’ll work across a variety of roles and industries, sourcing and engaging candidates who aren’t always actively looking. You’ll be joining a fast-paced, ambitious team where personality is encouraged, ideas are listened to and no two days look exactly the sameWhat you’ll be doingSourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, our CRM and referralsHeadhunting and approaching passive candidatesScreening applicants and holding detailed qualification callsWriting engaging candidate messages and job advertsBuilding and maintaining strong talent pipelinesManaging candidates throughout the recruitment processPreparing candidates for interviews and keeping them fully informedWorking closely with our consultants to understand their clients and live vacanciesKeeping candidate records and activity up to dateRepresenting NTER Talent and delivering a genuinely brilliant candidate experienceWhat we’re looking forYou might already be working as a Delivery Consultant, Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant and want to focus more heavily on candidate delivery.We’re looking for someone who is:Confident speaking to people and building relationshipsComfortable approaching candidates through phone, LinkedIn and emailOrganised and able to manage several vacancies at onceProactive, resilient and happy working at paceNaturally curious and willing to properly understand different roles and marketsMotivated by targets, results and delivering a great serviceCollaborative, positive and willing to get stuck inPrevious recruitment experience would be ideal, but attitude, communication skills and the ability to build trust are just as importantWhat you’ll getA salary of up to £30,000, depending on experienceA clear opportunity to develop within a growing recruitment businessHands-on training and support from an experienced teamAccess to leading recruitment tools and platformsA sociable Manchester city-centre officeRegular team incentives and eventsThe potential to move to hybrid working once you’re fully established in the roleThis position will initially be based in the office five days a week so you can learn the business, understand our clients and become part of the team.
