Purpose: support service advisors by handling vehicle check-in inspections and movements so the advisors can focus on customers. Key responsibilities: inspect and document vehicle condition at drop-off noting scratches, dents, mileage, and fuel level. Take photos as required and complete the vehicle check-in form. Move vehicles safely between reception, workshop, wash bay, and parking. Organize parking and keep keys controlled. Place protective covers and assist with vehicle delivery prep. Report any damage or incidents immediately.
