Operating from Kingdom Tower, Riyadh, we are deeply invested in growing local capability and developing Saudi National Talent to shape the future of banking in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.To lead this mission, we are seeking a Head of Technical Delivery (20+ years of product implementation experience in the BFSI domain).Job ResponsibilitiesHead Banking transformation programs, including core/transaction banking modernization, process reengineering, and digital initiatives.Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.Strategic Planning and execution:Develop and execute comprehensive program roadmaps and strategies.Ensure alignment with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with executive leadership, product teams, technology partners, and external vendors.Build strong relationships with clients, regulators, and other key stakeholders.Risk Management:Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle.Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards during transformation initiatives.Team Leadership and Mentoring:Lead cross-functional teams, including internal and external resources, to deliver program goals.Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Mentor junior program managers and other team members.QualificationsMBA or equivalent advanced degree. Certifications such as PMP or equivalent.Required SkillsMinimum of 20+ years of professional experience with a strong focus on Core /Transaction Banking .Experience managing multiple product implementations, including handling complex stakeholder landscapes.Preferred SkillsDomain Expertise:Deep understanding of Core/Transaction BankingFamiliarity with regulatory requirements and emerging trends in financial services.Program Management Skills:Expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Technical Proficiency:Knowledge of modern Core/Transaction Banking platforms and technologies, including cloud-based systems, APIs, and AI-driven solutions.Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, SAFe, and DevOps is a plus.Leadership Skills:Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead large, diverse teams across geographies.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
