It operates under a robust Quality Management System and complies with all relevant local legal requirements.Role Description The Delivery Driver is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for the safe and timely delivery of industrial supplies to customers across designated routes. The role includes loading and unloading goods, verifying delivery orders and documentation, and ensuring products are handled and transported according to company standards. The Delivery Driver will maintain the delivery vehicle in good working condition, follow all traffic and safety regulations, and report any incidents, delays, or issues promptly. Daily tasks also involve coordinating with the warehouse and sales teams, obtaining delivery confirmations, and providing courteous, professional service to customers. The position may require occasional support with basic warehouse operations and adherence to company quality and safety procedures.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to ensure professional interactions and support a positive delivery experience.Candidates should possess Forklift Operation skills or other basic material-handling capabilities to safely load and unload goods when required.Candidates should possess Training experience or a willingness to participate in ongoing training related to safety, routing, and company procedures.Candidates should possess basic Sales awareness and understanding of product categories to support the sales team and respond to simple customer queries.Candidates should possess familiarity with Food & Beverage handling principles if delivering items that require careful transport or adherence to hygiene standards.Valid UAE driving license appropriate for delivery vehicles and a clean driving record.Good knowledge of Dubai roads, traffic regulations, and safe driving practices.Ability to lift and move packages and work in a physically active, on-site environment.Basic reading and writing skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.Previous experience in delivery or logistics roles is preferred but not mandatory.
