The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely loading, transporting, and unloading a variety of products, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers across the region. Day-to-day activities include route planning, vehicle inspection, maintaining delivery records, and communicating with the logistics and warehouse teams to coordinate schedules and resolve issues. The role also involves providing courteous customer service at delivery locations, handling basic documentation such as delivery notes and signatures, and reporting any incidents or delays promptly.QualificationsStrong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and build positive relationships with clients.Ability to support basic training activities, such as sharing best practices with new team members or helping with safety and process briefings.Must speak EnglishValid driver’s license in the UAE and a clean driving record.Knowledge of local routes in Dubai and surrounding areas, with good navigation and time-management skills.Ability to lift and move packages safely, and to follow warehouse, transport, and safety procedures.Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in both on-site and hybrid settings.Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or supply chain operations is an advantage.Own Car is required.
