The successful candidate will be responsible for driving program strategy, governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and overall delivery excellence across complex, multi-country engagements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.Establish and manage program governance, steering committees, and escalation frameworks.Oversee program budgets, schedules, resource allocation, and delivery performance.Manage vendors, implementation partners, and SAP relationships.Drive program-level risk, issue, dependency, and change management.Prepare and present executive-level status reports and steering committee updates.Engage with C-level stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives.Support the transition from implementation to Application Managed Services (AMS).Ensure successful delivery while maintaining quality, scope, and timeline commitments.Required Qualifications20+ years of experience in IT and SAP program delivery.10+ years of experience in executive program leadership roles.Proven experience leading full lifecycle, large-scale, multi-country SAP transformation programs.Strong expertise in program governance, steering committee management, and executive reporting.Experience managing large program budgets and distributed teams.Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and executive escalations.Strong knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies and transformation programs.Key CompetenciesExcellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.Strong business acumen and ability to understand client objectives.Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.Collaborative team player with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
