This is a hybrid leadership role: part delivery manager, part client partner, part technical governor. You'll be the single throat to the client, the person who keeps the team unblocked, and the one accountable for shipping production solutions on schedule.If you thrive on velocity, love building high-performing teams, and can hold your own in a conversation about API contracts as easily as one about scope and budget, this is built for you.What You'll DoOwn delivery velocity: ship production solutions on schedule, with zero defectsDrive daily standups and resolve blockers same-day — target: within 4 hoursOwn sprint planning, backlog grooming and velocity tracking (target: 40-point sprints, 85%+ commitment accuracy)Act as single point of contact for client technical questions, scope and expectationsRun weekly client status reviews, communicating progress in business termsManage change requests, evaluate schedule/budget impact, and make go/no-go calls with client sign-offCoach and grow engineers — weekly pairing, skill-gap assessment, blameless postmortemsOwn architectural governance in collaboration with the Solution Architect and FDE coding standards, security, compliance, and a living ADROwn the POD's cost centre, hiring decisions and tooling/infra investmentsWhat You'll Bring8+ years in software delivery, product management, or engineering leadership3+ years managing cross-functional teams (backend, frontend, data, QA) in agile environmentsExperience scaling delivery from 0→1 (discovery, MVP) through 1→N (scale, optimisation)Client-facing leadership background B2B software sales, managed services, or enterprise consultingTechnical depth: comfortable reviewing API contracts, data schemas, deployment logs and cloud platform patterns, with enough grounding to challenge backend/frontend decisions and understand Oracle/Azure integration considerationsNice to have: AI/ML project delivery experience (LLM tuning, agent orchestration, prompt engineering), UAE market knowledge (compliance, hiring, vendor ecosystems), Oracle and Azure cloud experience, and NVIDIA GPU infrastructure exposure.
