About the ClientA rapidly growing tech company expanding in the Middle East, delivering large-scale digital transformation projects for government and enterprise clients.The business focuses on AI, Digital Twin, Cloud, and Smart City solutions, with strong exposure to high-value (multi-million USD) projects in the UAE markets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of AI, data, and digital transformation initiatives.Work closely with business stakeholders to identify, gather, and document requirements.Translate business requirements into clear deliverables for implementation partners and vendors.Manage stakeholder expectations, communications, risks, and project timelines.Facilitate workshops and meetings, ensuring clear outcomes and actionable next steps.Drive vendor performance and delivery against agreed milestones.Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), sign-off processes, and business adoption activities.Support change management, training, and successful handover into operations.Requirements6+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Delivery Management, Business Analysis, or Technology Consulting.Proven experience delivering Data, Analytics, AI Automation, or Digital Transformation programmes.Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.Experience working with external vendors, system integrators, or implementation partners.Ability to manage ambiguity, solve problems proactively, and drive decisions.Strong requirements gathering, user story definition, and documentation capabilities.Preferred ExperienceExperience working with Government, Public Sector, or Smart City programmes.Exposure to AI platforms, Data Analytics, Data Governance, or BI solutions.Understanding of AI/ML solution delivery and vendor management.Native Arabic speaker would be highly advantageous.
