ResponsibilitiesTake end-to-end ownership of delivery across a varied client portfolio, spanning conventional agile projects and newer AI-driven workRun stakeholder governance and senior client relationships, keeping delivery on track through complex, fast-moving environmentsLead early-stage discovery and immersion work with clients to understand their business challenges and spot where technology can genuinely helpBuild the commercial case for proposed work, working closely with colleagues to make sure every project has a clear rationale before it gets the green lightKeep a watchful eye on progress at each stage, making the call on whether to push forward, adjust course, or stopHelp plan what happens after an initial proof of concept succeeds, so promising ideas don't stall before reaching real usersStay hands-on with modern AI tools personally, confident enough to walk a client through a live exampleRead the room across different stakeholder groups, balancing commercial, political and interpersonal pressures with a steady hand RequirementsA strong background as a Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager or Senior Project Manager, ideally within agile teamsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a sharp commercial instinctExposure to discovery, product thinking or client workshops - or real enthusiasm to build this side of the roleGenuine day-to-day comfort with AI tools, and the confidence to speak to practical, real-world use casesA proactive, resilient mindset that thrives on ambiguity and isn't afraid to challenge assumptions earlyBackground in technology consultancy or professional services would be a strong advantage What's in it for me?A genuine seat at the table in shaping a consultancy's shift toward AI-led delivery, exposure to cutting-edge client work across Assess, Build and Transform, professional development support, healthcare benefits, and flexible/remote working options alongside Leeds-based hybrid collaboration.
