JOB DESCRIPTIONEmployment: 12-Month Contract Rate: $56-$60 Per Hour Location: Toronto, ON - 2-3x Per WeekInsight Global is looking for a Technology Delivery Lead to join a leading bank based in Toronto on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of digital banking technology initiatives through cross-functional Agile Pods. Acting as a blend of a Scrum Master, Technology Lead, and Application Owner, this role drives project execution, manages delivery roadmaps and backlogs, facilitates Agile ceremonies, and ensures technology solutions deliver business value while meeting quality, security, and scalability requirements.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE7+ years of experience in technology delivery roles such as SCRUM Manager, Application Owner/Manager, Project Manager, Agile Coach, and Consulting (Integration and/or Delivery) rolesExpertise with Confluence and JIRA3+ years of experience in Financial Services, with deep domain knowledge in Lending and/or Online Retail BankingExecutive level communication skillsStrong organizations skillsEither Azure or GCP backgroundPost-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical degree or equivalent experience is requiredNICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEExperience or familiarity with Open APIs, Technical Product Management, MicroService / Enterprise Service Bus architecture, cloud IaaS / PaaS, and mobile platformsWe may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.Vacancy: This posting is for a currently vacant role, and the successful candidate will be hired into an existing open position.
