The role will translate business needs into secure, scalable CRM solutions; strengthen data quality; support responsible AI adoption; and turn Salesforce data into actionable commercial insight. Another important angle will be to improve forecasting accuracy by developing repeatable, data-led approaches that use opening pipeline position, conversion, win rates, sales cycle dynamics and deal level signals to better anticipate quarterly and year-end sales outcomes.Key responsibilities
- Business-facing support and ownership: Act as the primary contact for Salesforce incidents, service requests, enhancements and user queries; manage intake, prioritization, communication, resolution and escalation; provide training, release updates and clear documentation.
- Salesforce administration: Manage users, licenses, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing settings and access reviews; configure Flows, approvals, validation and assignment rules, record types, page layouts, Dynamic Forms and Lightning pages; maintain reports, dashboards, queues and notifications.
- Platform development and continuous improvement: Apply configuration-first thinking while using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL and APIs where appropriate; troubleshoot defects, address root causes, reduce technical debt and coordinate environments, deployments and post-release validation.
- Integrations and data management: Support Salesforce integrations with ERP, billing, CPQ, e-signature, marketing and other enterprise platforms; oversee APIs, authentication, middleware, monitoring and error handling; lead migration, cleansing, deduplication, reconciliation, backup and validation activities.
- AI, analytics and forecasting: Build operational and executive dashboards covering pipeline, conversion, sales, forecasting, revenue, customers, adoption and service performance; establish repeatable predictive methods to forecast quarterly and year-end landing positions using opening pipeline, stage conversion, win rates, sales-cycle velocity, slippage and deal-level risk; identify and deliver high-value use cases using Agent force, Einstein and related capabilities.
- Governance, risk and documentation: Maintain effective release, change, backup, testing and deployment controls; support audits and ITGC requirements; maintain solution designs, SOPs, configuration inventories, deployment records and user guidance; coordinate vendors while retaining clear internal accountability.
- Stakeholder partnership: Work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Billing, Delivery, IT and external partners to support connected Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash processes, including merger and acquisition initiatives.Key competencies

- Technical depth: Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, APIs, testing and deployment, balancing configuration-first thinking with development and integration capability.
- Commercial forecasting and analytical judgement: Converts CRM data into reliable forecasts, early-warning indicators and practical actions for Sales Leadership; challenges assumptions and explains variance clearly.
- AI and automation mindset: Identifies AI and automation opportunities that simplify day to day business processes
- Ownership and delivery: Takes responsibility from problem definition through design, delivery, validation, adoption and support.
- Communication and stakeholder management: Make complex principles easy to understand and explain technical and analytical topics clearly to users, technical teams and senior leadership.
- Continuous improvement: Identifies opportunities for automation, simplification, innovation and improved user experience.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred but Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics or a related discipline considered too, Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification required, with Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer, Omni studio, CPQ, platform data architect or Agent force certification advantageous.
