Delivery Manager

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager in Bucharest to lead an international team and drive the successful delivery of large-scale transformation projects within the insurance industry.You will work closely with business leaders, Product Owners and technical teams to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered on time and in line with business priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a multinational team of Developers, Business Analysts, QA Specialists and other experts.Manage delivery, backlog, sprint planning and resource allocation.Collaborate with senior stakeholders and Product Owners.Monitor project progress, risks, resources and issues.Ensure high-quality and timely delivery.Coach, mentor and support team members.Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.RequirementsExperience in Delivery Management, Project Management or Agile Product Management.Strong experience with Agile methodologies in a software delivery environment.Experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams.Excellent communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills.Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.Ability to understand both technical details and business perspectives.Fluent English.Availability to travel Nice to HaveExperience with Guidewire.Knowledge of the Commercial Insurance domain.Why Join?International and collaborative environmentOpportunity to work on large-scale transformation initiativesStrong focus on digitalization and innovative insurance solutionsCIMHybrid way of working 3 days/ officeReady for your next challenge?
