Delivery Manager

Note: Active SC (Security Check) clearance is required.Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to plan, coordinate and manage the delivery of technology service improvements for an established operational system.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete delivery lifecycle from discovery, build and testing through to live release.Work closely with the Product Manager, Service Owner, internal stakeholders and third-party supplier.Establish transparent delivery plans covering priorities, timelines, risks, dependencies, issues and decisions.Coordinate supplier activities, proposals, development calls, testing and release planning.Manage risks, blockers, dependencies and escalations to maintain delivery momentum.Coordinate business testing, capture feedback and ensure issues are resolved before release.Plan and manage live implementations, stakeholder engagement and post-release feedback.Support budget and commercial management, including spend tracking, forecasts, approvals and purchase orders.Maintain the service development roadmap based on priorities, costs, dependencies and delivery timelines.Provide regular progress, budget, risk and delivery reports to senior stakeholders.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across delivery processes, stakeholder engagement and release management.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong experience with Agile/Lean delivery methodologies.Proven end-to-end delivery lifecycle management experience.Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience managing third-party suppliers and commercial relationships.Strong planning, risk, issue and dependency management skills.Experience supporting budget, forecasting, procurement and financial management.Ability to maintain delivery momentum and drive timely decision-making.Core SkillsAgile & Lean | Delivery Lifecycle | Stakeholder Management | Planning | Risk & Dependency Management | Supplier Management | Commercial Management | Budget Management | Release Management
