Delivery Manager

Job ResponsibilitiesSpecial Project Management for Large Home Appliance Delivery Take overall ownership of regional delivery coordination for large home appliances including refrigerators, washing machines and air‑conditioners across Western Europe. Collaborate with in‑country delivery teams to drive business execution, and continuously enhance warehousing, transportation and last‑mile delivery capabilities for large home appliances.Regional Logistics Operation Management Oversee end‑to‑end logistics operations for all product categories in Western Europe, with a primary focus on large‑size goods. Cover core logistics procedures including local customs clearance, warehousing and distribution. Monitor country‑level operational performance and critical issues to ensure stable and efficient regional logistics performance.Logistics Resource Planning & Optimization Plan regional warehouse capacity, transportation capacity and logistics resources based on business forecasts, PSI data and inventory status. Proactively identify capacity and fulfillment risks, and drive continuous optimization of warehouse network, transportation setup and resource allocation.Vendor & Cost Management Manage regional logistics vendors with KPI / SLA tracking to drive continuous service improvement. Conduct cross‑category logistics cost analysis, identify opportunities for cost reduction & efficiency gains, and lead related improvement initiatives to delivery.Key Projects & Cross‑functional Collaboration Lead or support regional projects such as new warehouse setup, new logistics model roll‑out, logistics tender & procurement and key‑category initiatives. Partner with GTM, planning, procurement, country delivery and headquarters teams to ensure project delivery and resolution of major operational incidents.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above, major in Logistics, Supply Chain or related disciplines is preferred.3‑5 years of working experience in logistics, supply chain or delivery operations. Prior experience in large home‑appliance / big‑bulky logistics or consumer electronics industry is a plus.Solid knowledge of European local logistics workflows including customs clearance, warehousing and last‑mile delivery; hands‑on large home‑appliance logistics experience is highly preferred.Strong competencies in data analysis, logistics vendor management, cost controlling and project execution.Excellent cross‑departmental & cross‑country communication, collaboration and problem‑solving skills.English as working language; proficiency in additional European languages is preferred.
