We are hiring a Delivery Manager – Client Success to own end-to-end data platform delivery for our enterprise client program in Pune!Role HighlightsRole: Delivery Manager – Client SuccessLocation: PuneExperience: 8 to 12 Years (Data & Analytics / Tech Delivery)Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Immediate Start)What You’ll DoOwn Client Delivery: Act as the single point of accountability for delivery health, sprint governance, SLA compliance, and Medallion Architecture implementation.Manage Key Stakeholders: Serve as the senior liaison between Inferyx and executive client leaders; manage change requests and transform escalations into trust-building moments.Drive Governance: Maintain single-source truth status metrics (RAID logs, execution dashboards, RCA incident plans) and present monthly progress decks to executive leadership.Enable Platform Adoption: Collaborate with engineering and pre-sales teams to scale platform capabilities across new enterprise business units and data domains.What We’re Looking For8+ years managing enterprise-grade tech/data delivery programs for Tier-1 clients.Hands-on expertise with Data Platforms (Medallion Architecture, Data Warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, Lakehouse concepts).Proven mastery in Agile/Scrum execution, velocity management, and program governance.Strong fluency in English & Hindi with senior stakeholder management skill sets.Active PMP or Prince2 certification.Preferred: Experience with cloud data ecosystems (Azure, AWS, Databricks, GCP) and scale-up/startup product environments.
