Delivery Manager

We're recruiting a Delivery Manager for a seed-stage start-up building AI for autonomous industrial operations.The company is backed by some of the world's top VCs and the founder has 10+ years in heavy industry. They're opening a Munich office and need someone to own customer delivery on the ground - you'd be one of the first hires in Munich, so there's real scope for growth as the team builds out.As Delivery Manager you'll be the customer's main point of contact from kick-off through to go-live and beyond. Running implementation projects, managing scope and timelines, working alongside the engineers deploying the software, and making sure customers actually get value from it.We're looking for someone with 3–5 years in a hands-on delivery role - implementation, project or delivery management for enterprise software, ERP or digital transformation programmes. You've run projects with industrial or manufacturing customers, you're comfortable with technical teams, and you're fluent in German. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, not a people-management position.You'd be joining a small team with no layers and direct access to the founders - a rare chance to get in early at a company solving real, physical problems.Generous package on offer - base, bonus and equity.Based in Munich (on-site/hybrid, with regular travel).
