Delivery Manager

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project & Delivery Lead to take ownership of key SAP initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders, SAP IT teams and external vendors.You will play a central role in coordinating delivery, managing stakeholders and ensuring projects remain on track, including SAP rollouts, EPM, Legal and other business-critical initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and facilitate project meetings and workshops with business, SAP IT and external vendors.Act as Delivery Lead, SPOC and Track Lead for selected SAP projects and workstreams.Coordinate activities, resources, dependencies and actions, ensuring the right tasks are assigned and completed.Track project roadmaps and milestones, proactively addressing risks, issues and delays.Work with business and SAP teams to design, implement, test, train and roll out solutions.Provide business and functional support across the SAP S/4HANA environment.Assess business process impacts and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.Support the preparation of business requirements, solution design and technical documentation.Build strong relationships across business, IT and vendor teams to ensure effective delivery.About YouProven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA projects or workstreams.Strong project, delivery and stakeholder management experience.Good understanding of Finance systems and business processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to drive actions forward.Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a changing environment.Able to lead through influence and work collaboratively across business and technical teams.A strong sense of ownership with a focus on delivering practical business outcomes.
